Half size up from my normal shoe size left the perfect amount of space for my thicker socks. Standing in place in the snow for work never felt warmer. High quality soft fur through the entire inside and sole keeps your feet warm when other Thinsulate winter boots haven't.
The tread is really too good to fully describe here. These are as stable laterally as much as heavier waffle print overhang tread boots are. This helps prevent ankle injuries which no one has time for.
The outer material looks even better in person and repels water and wet snow. Bends perfectly when crouching, no uncomfortable folds or creases. Light weight, unlike all my other heavy winter boots. I can walk, hike and be as agile as possible with less fatigue with these ultra light high tops. Boots can begin to drag you down by the end of the day, not these. I'm seriously impressed.
I got these for the sole purpose of working outside all day in winter weather. These would be much too hot in the summer and they even get so warm inside you'll want to take them off. They are the most comfy, warmest, and best tread shoes I could ask for. Laces and eyelets are solid as well. I anticipate the durability to hold up and will update in a year or so. I will definitely buy this exact shoe again.

I was in a pinch and needed sturdy, warm boots for a last-minute trip to the mountains. I bought these and was pleasantly surprised by their durability, warmth, and comfort. The synthetic fur lining looks great and also adds warmth. They could be a bit more breathable, but overall, I'm very happy with them for the price!
As for waterproofing, I walked through 3 inches of snow and didn't notice any leaks. My toes were a bit cold, so I'am recommend wearing thick socks in deep snow. I hardly ever write reviews, but I was so impressed by the boots comfort and functionality at this price point that I felt compelled to share.
